Be yourself!!! This is my biggest tip for senior pictures or any portraits of yourself. Just be who YOU are, dress how YOU want, show off YOUR personality. Are you on the football team? Jersey it is! Do you have a passion for horses? Rock those cowboy boots and hat. Love music? Wear your Cure t-shirt.
Bring Props
Do you love snowboarding? Grab that board and a hat. On the golf team? Bring your golf clubs. Love your puppy more than anything in the world? Let her be your co-star. Play the guitar? Bring it with!
Layering, Patterns and Texture
Add depth to your photos by layering and bringing in pattern and texture. Skirt, flowy tank top, floral cardigan and leather boots. Plaid shirt under a chunky sweater with jeans. And don’t forget those accessories! Headbands, belts, scarves and jewelry can add tons of personality and interest to your photos.
