Gasoline Alley…Helliemae’s Salt Caramels

I first met Ellen, owner of Helliemae’s Salt Caramels, through the wonderful CRAVE organization.  And, when I heard she was having her spring caramel-tasting party, I just had to swing by for awhile.  Caramels might be one of my favorite candy of all time and add it to an apple and you got me!

My mom and Ryland came with me to the tasting.  There were Jasmine caramels, coffee flavor and of course the classic salt caramel.  She makes everything locally in Denver, so check out her website and find her here on Facebook HERE!!
