I recently was able to test and review the Case Logic Sling Camera Bag. Actually, Katie put it to use in Monterey when she flew down from Seattle to second-shoot for me. I usually outfit Katie with a camera, lens and CF cards and say “good luck carrying everything”, but this time I came prepared!! The sling was compact enough to put right into my suitcase for easy travel.
Here is Katie’s review: The sling was super durable, very comfortable and easy to access CF cards quickly (as seen above). I was able to fit my camera body, with 50mm lens attached, plus a wide-angle lens in another compartment. There were so many other compartments that I didn’t access, but I can see where they would all come in handy (such as carrying extra batteries, lens hoods, camera cleaner, etc). It was super functional for my day of shooting and was very comfortable, even shooting for nearly 7 hours straight. It contours nicely to your body and would be an awesome bag for backpackers, hiking or just traveling around overseas.

Oh, I like it! I need something that is more comfortable than my current bag. Espeically when I’m shooting fo 8 hours with you.
I would love the new Case Logic to carry around, especially with two little ones in tow! I love that the bag is attached to your back and with easy access to things. I’ve actually been thinking about getting one! Great giveaway Keri!
LOVE this bag. So different than any other camera bag I’ve seen. I love the fact that it clings to your back and isn’t bulky at all. I have a really bulky backpack style camera bag that just doesn’t work when shooting crowed events. This would help me out SO much for shoots and just casual shooting with friends. I have knees that are rather painful. Having a bag like that where I could just reach around rather than having to put things on the floor would be a HUGE help. Thanks for the contest, Keri!
Having that bag would be very useful for nature trips where you don’t need to carry a full bag of gear with you
I would LOVE a Case Logic sling for everyday use and short trips. The size is perfect for when you want to travel light.
