Oh my delish! I think one of my favorite things to photograph are bakeries. Not only do I get to take photos of some AMAZING food, but I always get some fun treats to bring back to the family (that is, if they even make it out of my car).
Cake Crumbs Bakery is situated in a beautiful Denver neighborhood and has a fabulous storefront. Not only do they bake delish cake, cupcakes and pies, but they also serve breakfast and lunch. I first met the crew of Cake Crumbs when I contacted them to be a part of my 1950′s Style Shoot when I first moved to Denver. Sean, co-owner and driver of Clementine, brought out the awesome Denver Cupcake Truck so we could use her as a prop. So much fun!
I visited their bakery about a week ago to take a few product/headshot pictures and was able to meet the owner, Denon. She has got one beautiful bakery on her hands and she does an amazing job running a smooth operation. I took my macro lens so I could get nice and close to show the texture of the food, sooooo yummy!!! I also captured a few headshots of Denon and added a quick pic of Clementine (the Cupcake Truck) too!!
