This past weekend was a blast! Mark’s dad came into town, “Bumpa”, and blessed us with watching the boys a couple days so we could go out and celebrate our anniversary (5 years!). On Friday night, Mark and I went to 1515 Restaurant in downtown Denver. I ordered the Grilled NY Strip with Tomato Confit and Mark had the Colorado Lamb with Crab Hash. My steak was a little under-cooked, but still delish! After that, Mark surprised me with a trip to Dazzle. I was a little weary about the name of the joint, thought I was going to some “Bring It On” venue where everyone was going to break out their spirit fingers, but I was happy that is was a Jazz Supper Club. Very nice evening!!
On Saturday, after my mentoring session, I met the fellas at the Colorado Rockies game. I LOVE baseball, it is so relaxing for me! We got club seats, which was nice because it was a bit chilly and we were steps away from the heated, indoor concourse. :-)
Finally, on Sunday, Mark and I snuck out for a round of golf at Saddle Rock Golf Course, which was BEAUTIFUL!! I had an out-of-body experience, which was great…I had 8 pars for the round, which was a new record for me. Not too bad for the first time out in 2010. I won’t talk about my other holes, but we had a great time. Thanks Bumpa for watching the boys.
Here are a few cell phone snap shots of the weekend:

Looks like a fun weekend but if all those pics were on your cell phone I am having a hard time remebering when you sent them to me this weekend…… OH wait you didn’t.
