A few months ago, a photog friend of mine, Shelly of Ivy Studios, was looking for second shooter for an October wedding of theirs. It happened to work out that it was the only free date I had available in the fall, so I jumped at the opportunity to shoot with them. I had mentioned this before, but second-shooting is a blast. Not only do I get to take some fun pics with the guys (which I rarely do), but I get to network with RAD photographers! Thanks Shelly for inviting me to shoot one of your weddings!!
Heather and Aksel got married at the beautiful Phoenix Country Club in the central Phoenix area. It was an awesome property, I really wanted to go golfing.
Not only did they get married, but their parents re-newed their vows at a special ceremony during the reception. It was quite touching! As mentioned above, I got to hang out with the fellas for most of the evening, so here are a few shots of them, plus a few from the wedding. Enjoy!.jpg "Details")
