We had a wonderful day this past week and I wanted to give some blog-love to these awesome companies. We started the morning out by visiting the docs for a routine check up and then decided to go get Ryland’s haircut at Lollilocks. Our first trip to Lollilocks didn’t go so well, but this time, Ryland was a trooper!! He didn’t cry once. The lady who cut his hair was so nice and even gave Ry a little treat after his haircut. Thanks for the great experience!
Once we were done there, Daddy met up with us and took us to lunch at Macaroni Grill at the Desert Ridge Mall. To our surprise, the manager, Rick, knew Mark from basketball and decided to buy our lunch for us. HOW NICE!!! So, we had a SUPER FANTASTIC Italian lunch, for free! BTW – there bread is TO DIE FOR!
Lastly, we followed up our lunch with a little Cold Stone Ice Cream. Ryland was the only one who got Ice Cream and the lady working only charged us .$75 for his little baby scoop of ice cream.
It just totally made my day seeing all these great places in the holiday giving spirit! Lots of times you can run into scrooges because of all the hustle and bustle that goes with the holidays, but we had a fantastic day. So, thank you to all these great places who contributed to our happiness! Merry Christmas!!
