Wow, what an awesome adventure! Last weekend I traveled up to Seattle to photograph Jen and Nick's engagement session. It was a gloomy, rainy day in Seattle (which is normal), but we couldn't have been happier to shoot inside Safeco Field (Home of the Seattle Mariners). Jen's best friend, Rian, made a few calls to her childhood friend, Melissa, who was gracious enough to give us a tour of Safeco. BIG THANKS to both Rian and Melissa for making this happen!! My side of the family is HUGE baseball fans, so to step inside the ballpark was SO MUCH FUN!
We snapped as many photos as possible and then made a quick trip out to Jen and Nick's wedding site, which is stunning! Another props to my sister (a.k.a. - second shooter) for capturing some detail shots of the ballpark, thanks Katie!
Jen and Nick, I had a FABULOUS time! Thank you for enduring the rain, you are rock stars and I can't wait for your wedding! On with the pics!
OMG...they couldn't have turned out any better! Love, love, love them!!! I'm sure my BFF will know which one is my fav!! Keri....you sure do amazing work, but you did have some pretty cute subjects to work with!! ;)
